How does the free trial work?

AdStage offers a complimentary 14-day trial, without the requirement of a credit card. When you sign up for the free trial, you’ll have access to our Report and Automate products, as well as our Google Sheets add-on and Google Data Studio connector. During the trial we’ll import the last 3 months of data from your ad accounts. At any point during the trial, you can choose a plan and pay by credit card within your AdStage account. When you upgrade, we’ll import the last 2 years of data from your ad accounts.

How does AdStage calculate my monthly spend?

AdStage calculates cumulative spend by looking at the last 30 days for all connected ad accounts every night. If you are a new user who just subscribed, AdStage will calculate your last 30 days of historical spend. If your ad spend surpasses the pricing tier spend cap, your account will be upgraded to the next package. If you are on the Elite plan, the spend cap works a bit differently, find more here.

What happens at the end of my trial?

At the end of an AdStage trial, your data will no longer be stored and your ad accounts will not continue to import new data. You can login and select a plan to purchase at anytime. All of the features and additional team seats will be automatically disabled. If you choose to upgrade to a paid plan, all of the disabled features can be re-enabled immediately.

What if I spend more than $250k in a month?

Can I buy features a la carte?

Today, our Report and Automate products are included with each pricing tier, and can’t be purchased separately. The Data API can be purchased separately. To learn more about the API functionality and pricing, please contact us.

Does it cost more to add team members?

AdStage supports unlimited seats for your team at any pricing tier. No extra cost for adding new team members. 

What level of support is offered?

We offer a comprehensive help support portal, in-platform support ticket requests, email support, and chat support included for all plans. Please reference the pricing tiers for insight to better understand the support levels offered with each plan type.

What forms of payment do you accept?
